This Site and all content therein, including but not limited to images, text, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, are intended solely for personal and non use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Site without our express written consent.

All content and materials on this Site, including but not limited to the Avenue Stitch name, logo, product designs, product photography, and website layout, are the intellectual property of Avenue Stitch LLC or its content suppliers and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. Product Information & Availability
We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, current, or reliable. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order through our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and return policies are provided on our Shipping & Returns page. Avenue Stitch is not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
Custom Orders
All custom or made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable. Clients will receive a design approval form before production begins. Once approved, no further changes or cancellations will be accepted.
User Submissions
By submitting any content (such as reviews, comments, images, or testimonials) to Avenue Stitch, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide
Limitation of Liability
Avenue Stitch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avenue Stitch, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Avenue Stitch, we take pride in the craftsmanship, materials, and attention to detail that define every piece we create. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging intact
- Not customized or made-to-order
Please note: custom-stitched products, limited edition designs, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at returns@avenuestitch.com with your order number and reason for return. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be provided within 48 hours.
Prepare Your Package
Securely repackage your item(s) using the original packaging or equivalent protective materials. Affix the return label provided.
Ship It Back
Ship your return within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, less any original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
We offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to inventory availability. To reserve your replacement item, please indicate this during the return authorization process. Exchanges ship once your original item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@avenuestitch.com with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or issue a full refund as needed.
Warranty Policy

At Avenue Stitch, we take pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and detail of every piece we create. Our luxury home accents are designed with intention and made to last. To support this commitment to excellence, Avenue Stitch offers the following limited warranty.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Avenue Stitch LLC warrants that its products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal household use for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Avenue Stitch or an authorized Avenue Stitch retailer.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Stitching defects
- Seams that unravel or separate under normal use
- Hardware or closures (zippers, buttons) that malfunction due to manufacturing defect
- Fabric damage resulting from faulty craftsmanship (excluding natural wear and tear)
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or abuse
- Normal wear and tear (including fading, pilling, or fabric softening over time)
- Stains, spills, mold, odors, or pet damage
- Alterations, customization, or third-party repairs
- Damage caused by improper storage, laundering, or exposure to moisture or direct sunlight
- Products marked as final sale, samples, or seconds
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@avenuestitch.com with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs showing the defect
Our Customer Care team will review your claim and respond within 5–7 business days with a resolution. If approved, we may offer one or more of the following at our sole discretion:
- Repair of the item (if feasible)
- Replacement of the item with the same or comparable product
- Store credit equal to the original purchase value
Return shipping may be required, and Avenue Stitch will provide instructions upon approval.
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To the extent permitted by law, Avenue Stitch shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Remedies under this warranty are limited to the value of the original purchase.
Governing Law
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Riverside County, California.

Shipping & Freight Policy

At Avenue Stitch, we take pride not only in the craftsmanship of our luxury home accents but also in the care with which they are delivered to you. Every order is packaged with precision and shipped with your satisfaction in mind. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and terms.
Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship within the United States and to select international destinations. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
Processing Time
- In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces require a production lead time of 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity and materials.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure secure delivery. Available shipping methods and real-time rates will be displayed at checkout based on your destination and the size/weight of your order.
Domestic shipping options typically include:
- Standard Ground (3–7 business days)
- Expedited (2–3 business days)
- Overnight (1 business day, limited availability) Free standard shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $250 (pre-tax, excluding custom pieces and oversized items).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. You may monitor your package’s progress at any time via the carrier’s tracking portal.
If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days, please contact support@avenuestitch.com.
Signature & Delivery Confirmation
To protect your order and ensure a safe delivery:
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.
- Avenue Stitch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
- If a secure delivery location is a concern, we recommend selecting a shipping method with signature required or shipping to a trusted address.
International Orders
International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price and are due upon delivery.
Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to meet delivery expectations, Avenue Stitch is not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Carrier disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If an error is identified post-purchase, contact us immediately to request a correction before the order ships.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and product, along with your order number, and email care@avenuestitch.com so we may initiate an investigation and provide a resolution.
