Overview
Avenue Stitch is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mid-Level Sewing Apprentice to support our luxury home accents and couture production team. This position is ideal for a candidate with foundational experience in sewing and textile construction who is eager to advance their technical abilities in a high-end, design-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of luxury throw pillows, accessories, and apparel using high-end fabrics such as linen, velvet, and silk blends
- Execute precise stitching techniques, including straight stitch, overlock, and invisible zipper application
- Support the senior atelier team in cutting, pressing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and accurate seamwork according to Avenue Stitch’s standards of craftsmanship
- Operate industrial and domestic sewing machines safely and efficiently
- Assist with quality assurance inspections before final packaging
- Follow technical specifications and custom orders with attention to detail
- Maintain a tidy and organized workstation and assist in studio upkeep
Qualifications:

Avenue Stitch is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business activities, inventory systems, vendor relationships, and production workflows. This leadership role is critical in supporting the brand’s commitment to exceptional quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality across all operational functions
- Coordinate with production, design, marketing, and sales departments to support launch timelines and client deliveries
- Oversee sourcing, vendor communications, and material procurement
- Monitor KPIs and generate operational reports for executive review
- Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and internal quality standards
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, workflow improvements, and vendor optimization
- Train and supervise support staff and freelancers as needed
Qualifications:

The Social Media Manager owns the voice, visual identity, and growth of our brand across digital platforms. This role goes beyond posting—it requires a sharp eye for luxury aesthetics, strong content instincts, and a deep understanding of how to convert attention into engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a monthly content strategy aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Create and manage content across Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook (with potential expansion)
- Plan and produce photo + video content (in collaboration with internal teams or external creators)
- Write compelling, on-brand captions that reflect a luxury tone and positioning
- Manage posting schedules, reels, stories, and engagement tactics
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to maintain white-glove customer experience

This role manages the flow of goods from incoming materials to outgoing orders. The Inventory, Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator ensures accurate inventory tracking, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Track fabric yardage, components, and production allocations
- Coordinate incoming shipments from vendors and verify accuracy
- Oversee order fulfillment, packing, and shipping processes
- Manage relationships with shipping carriers and logistics partners
